Attitude my friend. Have you ever thought "They have tried a million times to get me to quit but I can't". "They" can't make you quit. You have to make you quit. Rehab is a facility to provide information. When I made the decision not to live my life in a drunken haze, I quit. Caution. Check with a doctor, you may require meds for your break for what your are addicted to. Any A&D rehab or counseling can provide you on how to get help if you don't have insurance or a fat bank acct. Take responsibility for your own actions and pick your own a-- out of the gutter. Many self help books available.
